Something I’ve always thought of, though, was about playing games when I’m older and retired. I look at my elder relatives, they seem so bored all the time and take up hobbies like watching Soap Operas and Wheel of Fortune and gardening and stuff. And I’ve always thought to myself, what am I going to do when I’m old and retired? I know – I’ll spend some of my retirement money on the latest video game system and play games whenever I’m bored!
Is this realistic? Or will my interests change when I’m that old? We grew up in a completely different generation of entertainment.

heres the situation. my husbands friend and i were playin wheel of fortune after a poker game we had just finished. i kept score and i wound up winning. my hubby’s freind accused me of cheatin, lying, and bein so stupid i couldnt count to ten. suffice it to say i cussed him out an went home. told hubby bout it. and he knows that ive never cheated at any game. i play for fun mostly. yet i will not talk to the guy until i hear an apology from him but hubby is actually goin to play poker with this same guy who insulted his wife. is that right?
this man is very manipulative. a very good bullsh**ter. he will make you think that u were in the wrong he is so slick with his words. i played wheel of fortune since i was 8 yrs old for money with my family and i kept score and so did my dad. im very good at the game. i get easily flustered around this freind cause his personality is very strong as to come off rude to ppl who dont know him. because of that he accuses me of cheatin. i said to him that the scorin paper was on his desk in front of him. he saw every time i picked up the pen to give and take away points. no way i couldve cheated even if id wanted to. he saw every move i made. he just didnt want to lose to a woman. we also agreed to take turns each puzzle as to who went first. we were supposed to alternate but he took first most of the turns when i let it slide. it didnt really matter who went first i still kicked his azz. so that y i let slide. he dont do nuthin that wont eventually benefit himself that just the way he is.
yes its with other ppl that we play poker but hubby wasnt there that night we couldnt get a babysitter so he let me go instead. but just on principle he should be stickin up for me!! his wife!!! and tell his friend he needs to apologize or we’ll not have anything more to do with him. to put it bluntly does he f*** me or does he f*** his freind. hes actin like his friendship with this guy is more important than his wife. and no hubby is definitely not *** i just makin an example that hes not in a personal relationship with his freind but he is with me and as his wife i should take precedence over his freindship. he should be defending me and my honor and hes not.
